MixPad S and Genie doesn't have ethernet terminal. You can connect them to Wi-Fi network.
There are the devices type which could be controlled on the screen of MixPad below.
- Lighting: Zigbee light switch, dimmer light, RGB Relay, Downlight, Spotlight, Wi-Fi socket
- AC: The AC created by Magic Cube/Dot and Allone Pro, FCU Panel, Air Master Max/Pro
- Curtain: Wi-Fi/zigbee motor, Multifunctional Relay (Curtain mode), Allone Pro RF motor
- Multifunctional Relay (Relay mode)
- For other device, you can set up a scene to control it and add it to the scene on MixPad.
Sure, it will change to LAN mode if MixPad disconnect to network more than five minutes. For zigbee devices which connect to the same MixPad, you can control it without network. The automation and scene in the same MixPad also could work in LAN
No, it only support Chinese voice control right now

No, it can't unlock the door lock by app directly. But you can use our app to get a temporary code for your friend to unlock it.
Our door lock could be installed in a door which thickness is 40 - 120 mm. But the standard screws package is for the door with 50 - 90 mm. And we have 40 - 50 mm and 90 - 120 mm screws package.
When you close the door, the latch will lock automatically, but the deadbolt will not lock. You need to pull up the handle to lock the deadbolt.
One door lock can add 25 users.

It's better to buy the curtain track in our company. But if you can find the same track in your local market, you also can buy it in your market. But you need to make sure the size of gearbox is same as our track. Here are the gearbox for your reference.
For W40CZ motor, you need to reserved a power socket.

If the indicator light on camera change to BLUE light, you can scan QR code at the button of the
Camera by ORVIBO Home APP, and click “Add device” button to add it again. (Note: Please don't reset the camera when it show blue light.)
- You can login your previous account to delete the camera, and add the camera again.
- If you forget the account, please power off the camera and take a picture with the QR code at the bottom of camera for us, we will try to reset the camera on server.
You need to allow ORVIBO home app get location permission and open GPS one your phone when you add the Wi-Fi device. Otherwise, it will not shows the SSID.

No need. If you change the Wi-Fi network. You just need to press and hold the button on magic cube/dot for five seconds until it flashes red light quickly. Then reconfigure the magic cube/dot to Wi-Fi network by the APP.
Note: Please make sure you use the same account and family to add the magic cube/dot.
